        We are experiencing unprecedented demand for our assembly services which is affecting the availability of our Assemblers. We are working hard to meet customers’ requirements wherever possible and whilst we will try to meet your booking request, PLEASE NOTE that it is not confirmed until the Assembler has contacted you directly to confirm timings.

            Disclaimer

            If you have any concerns about your site, and / or whether the decking needs reinforcing, we recommend you begin with an initial Site Visit ($ 75 charge). 

            Our prices are GST inclusive and include removal of all packaging and rubbish associated with the assembly.  There should be no further charges providing; the fixings supplied with the umbrella and mounting kit are suitable for your site, the site for the assembly is clear and level and our Franchisee is not assembling in a confined space. 

            Please note: all items must be on the ground and in the area where assembly is to take place.  Any additional cartage may incur additional costs.  Our Franchisee will require parking, either on-site or nearby (additional charges may apply, if parking is not available). 

            This booking fee does not include any additional site preparation, if required, and is for assembly of the umbrella and mounting kit only. Should further materials be required (outside of those provided with your flatpack product), the services to apply or install these would be charged additionally.  If needed, you have the option of either supplying yourself, from a list provided by Shadowspec or the Franchisee, or our Franchisee can source and supply all materials at cost + 20%, with a receipt for all materials.

            Please be advised, since our Franchisees maintain a very tight schedule in order to provide a professional service to all customers alike, we advise that the Franchisee reserves the right to charge a standard callout fee of $ 99 if the assembly is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
