These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of KITSET ASSEMBLY SERVICES's website, located at www.kitsetassemblyservices.co.nz.
Online Quotation and Estimations
This portal is provided to deliver estimated costs for the services selected. Until confirmation is given via email or verbally from KITSET ASSEMBLY SERVICES, no obligation for delivery or acceptance is placed on either you (the customer) or KITSET ASSEMBLY SERVICES, the provider.
The estimates given are based on the assembly for the items selected by you and subject to confirmation of correctness. As such, incorrect pricing may appear where customers are selecting a variation of or incorrect product in their search to that they actually have for assembly. In such instances, the KITSET ASSEMBLY SERVICES team will provide a new estimate and agree with you before completing any service.
Payment
Payment is NOT made during the booking process. The Assembler will requirement payment on completion of the job/service.
At our discretion, we may require you to pay the Price in full before the Services are commenced or immediately once the Services are completed.
The Price assumes a clear, dry accessible site on level ground with at least 0.5m of access to the product on each side.
Any fee we charge for trade co-ordination relates to the time taken by us to ensure that Services are appropriately scheduled. We will ensure that any trades people that we use to enable us to provide the Services are appropriately qualified however we take no responsibility for their work and their contractual relationship will be directly with you as the customer.
Where agreed payment terms have not been met, debt collection and/or legal proceedings may follow. A late payment fee of $50 will be invoiced to accounts with outstanding balances. If an account is not paid within 30 days after the due date, our debt recovery agency may charge you a fee equal to 25% of the unpaid portion of the price & other legal & recovery costs not covered by the fee, but not less than $50. The account may also be recorded on the credit information database held by Veda Advantage.
Interest at 2% monthly above the bank unsecured overdraft rate and other bank costs, will also be charged on any overdue payments.
Cancellations
More than 48 hours notice - There is no penalty for cancellation or amendment, however due to us honouring all scheduled times, we would appreciate at least 48 hours notice if for any reason the services cannot proceed as agreed. Less than 48 hours notice – KITSET ASSEMBLY SERVICES reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to our minimum call out charge of $99.
